Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address and payment details to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@peakd.co.uk with your order number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £3.99, express delivery is £5.99. We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery status.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at contact@peakd.co.uk with your order number. We'll provide a returns authorisation and address. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Can I return opened products?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. Only unopened items with intact seals can be returned.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Are your products genuine?
Yes, all our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from official distributors and brands. We never sell counterfeit or grey market products.
How should I store supplements?
Most supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the product label for specific storage instructions.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
This varies by product. Please check the individual product description and ingredients list. We clearly label vegetarian and vegan-friendly products where applicable.
Can I take multiple supplements together?
