UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products in their original packaging.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Unopened products in original, sealed packaging
- ✓Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- ✓Products in resaleable condition
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety)
- ✗Products with broken seals
- ✗Items returned after 30 days
- ✗Products not in original packaging
How to Return
- 1Contact us at contact@peakd.co.uk with your order number
- 2We'll provide you with a returns authorisation and address
- 3Pack the items securely in suitable packaging
- 4Send the items back (return postage at your expense unless faulty)
- 5Refund processed within 5-7 working days after inspection
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- • Your order number
- • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- • A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
